This policy explains what happens to personal information in connection with projectashoka.com and the internal tools operated by its owner.

Who runs this site

projectashoka.com is a personal publication operated by Anjul Bamhrolia, India. Contact: tathagat.live@gmail.com.

What the website collects

The website has no accounts, no sign-in, no comment system and no advertising. It does not ask you for personal information and does not set tracking cookies of its own.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and requested page in order to deliver and protect the site. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request needed to serve those font files.

If you write to us

If you send a response by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. That message is used only to read and reply, and to consider your response for publication alongside the relevant inscription. Nothing you send is published with your name or contact details unless you ask for it. Ask by email at any time and your message will be deleted.

Google user data used by our internal tools

The owner runs private automation tools that connect to his own Google account (Gmail and Google Drive) to organise his own mail, records and documents. These tools access only the owner's own account. They are not used to collect data about visitors to this site, and Google user data obtained through them is never sold, transferred for advertising, or used to build profiles. Access is limited to the owner, data stays in the connected Google account and in the owner's own working records, and it is used only to operate those tools. This use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Purchases

Books are sold on a separate store at tathagat.live, which has its own privacy policy and its own payment and delivery partners. Nothing about a purchase is handled on projectashoka.com.

Your choices

To ask what information is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to tathagat.live@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top will change with it.
